Hello and Welcome to Belle & Josie!
I'm Catherine and I love sewing and making things! I learnt to sew, knit and more with my Mum and Grandma when I was a little girl. We were always making things, so my love for crafts started there. My favourite craft is sewing and I enjoy working with beautiful fabrics and especially the many stunning designs from Sophie Allport.
I love to make pretty and practical products for the home. I design and make everything from my sewing room in Stachan, Aberdeenshire. In my shop you will see a range of quality handmade items for the home, which are both pretty and functional.

Belle & Josie
Home and family are at the heart of everything I create, so what better way to capture that than with the names of my two lovely daughters, Annabelle and Josephine? And so, I decided on the name Belle & Josie. This is a very old photo of the girls– they don’t look like this any more, they are 22 and 18 now!!
